Cookie Cheesecakes

Pastry has been my passion since I could hold a spoon. I used to play in the cabinets with the pots and pans while my grandma, or my mom cooked dinner. Then grew to having a chair next to the counter so I could help, watch and learn. Now I have been in the pastry field for 20+ years. I could never think to do anything else but create tasty treats and make people smile. 

During the pandemic, just like most people, I got bored and needed an outlet. I began to play with some ideas, out came Cookie Cheesecakes!!! The overwhelming excitement from friends and family gave me the idea to start a business. Now you can enjoy these delicious creations in your home. 

Cookie Cheesecakes are created from scratch with love and appreciation for incredible flavors.  Each Cookie Cheesecake is baked, vacuum sealed and frozen in the same day. The Cookie Cheesecakes have been created this way so they can be enjoyed anytime. Also can be shipped by you to your friends, family or that special someone. I had many people tell me they keep them frozen and eat it like an ice cream sandwich. Some make sundaes. Some let it come to room temperature to enjoy the full flavor. I love hearing about all the creative ways people enjoy Cookie Cheesecakes.
